This is by far the best automotive experience I’ve ever had. The professionalism and integrity demonstrated by Paul and his team was the best in the business. Paul saved me over $7,000 in comparison to the estimate I received from another shop. I emailed him via his website on a Sunday night, Monday morning at 8am he called me right away. He then sent a thank you email just because I reached out. He diagnosed and fixed my truck 2 days faster than expected. To top it off, Paul sent me off with some really nice customer appreciation gifts!

A huge thank you to Paul Massimino and the entire team at Twin Transmission in Monroe, NC. Paul completely rebuilt the transmission in my truck using all new parts and several upgrades, and the difference is incredible. As someone who spends a lot of time hauling a kart trailer to races, having complete confidence that my transmission is reliable is a true blessing. Being able to hook up the trailer and head to the track without worrying about transmission problems is a godsend. Jason worked on my Tahoe and did excellent work! The best mechanic around. Really honest and definitely a real stand up person. Will definitely take any of my vehicles back there for sure!

This place is awesome! Took the time to diagnose the problem without wasting time on other possibilities. They put my jeep on the diagnostic machine to ensure nothing wrong with engine or transmission. Also did a full transmission inspection with test drive. Fixed minor issue with top quality of work. I definitely recommend anyone to take your car here with any mechanical problems.
